Kids Help Phone: Kids Help Phone is Canada’s only 24/7 e-mental health service offering free, confidential support in English and French to young people since 1989. It has expanded its services to enable newcomer youth from Afghanistan and Ukraine to get support from professional phone counsellors in Dari, Pashto, Russian, and Ukrainian, via specially trained interpreters.
